Dynamic Flexibility

Dynamic flexibility drills are active movements that bring forth a stretch.  These drills are done after a run or a warm up routine.  Although there are many other drills and variations, for simplicity and efficiency, we have 10 drills below that can be done in less than 15 minutes. Consistency is key to full benefit of the drills.

Dynamic flexibility drills for endurance athletes include:

  • Increase range of motion around joints
