Dates: May 5 – June 15, 2019 (Registration Closes April 30)
Duration: 6 Weeks
Race Target: 5k/10k
Includes: 6-week ready made schedule and In-Person Instruction
Limit: 30 Participants
Meeting Day/Time: Every Tuesday 6 PM at Fuller Track
Format: Warm Up-Dynamic Drills-Plyometrics-Time Track Intervals-Cool Down

Summer Track

Dates: June 23 – August 3, 2019 (registration is still open!)
Duration: 6 Weeks
Race Target: 10 mile/ Half Marathon
Includes: 6-week ready made schedule and In-Person Instruction
Limit: 30 Participants
Meeting Day/Time: Every Tuesday 6 PM at Fuller Track
Format: Warm Up-Dynamic Drills-Plyometrics-Time Track Intervals-Cool Down

Note: Training concludes at the Newburyport Yankee Homecoming 10 Miler
