Step 2: Athletes receive a notification email with a link to set up a profile for our training log.
Step 3: Athletes are contacted by one of our Lowell Running coaches to finalize a training schedule.
Step 4: Athletes access their training log via our Sign In page.
Athletes can download their Training log via Apple iTunes Store or Google Play on Android
Step 5: Athletes can also sync their training log with Garmin GPS watches to Final Surge and to their Personal Calendars.
